Neilson brought these matters to the attention of Lewes
District Council and/or the Sussex Police? 2) Who
dealt with them and what happened as a result of any
investigation? 3) Do Lewes DC and Sussex Police deny
receipt of these letters?

should also like to know if you contacting us after so
long, has anything to do with Wealden District
Council.
Were you asked to do so by them and if so why?
We
were assured the letters published were sent and that
the sender would give statements to the Police or any
Lewes DC officer investigating the matter. If the
matter has not been investigated, why not? The
gentleman concerned may or may not be barking, but these
are serious allegations, a point you make yourself!
You
will appreciated, that publishers can only publish what
they are given by third parties and make reference
to third party allegations.
Council's
in particular must operate in a transparent fashion and
are answerable to the electorate, in this case Mr
Neilson. We will of course publish you side of the
story, if you would care to respond.
There
is ample caselaw concerning this and the right to impart
information, or express opinions, as guaranteed by the
Human Rights Act, with particular emphasis on council's
seeking to gag the media.
However,
we always seek to respond positively and in balanced
fashion. Should any information we have published
prove to be unfounded, about which we look to you for
clarification, we would have no hesitation in correcting

Failed to act over Landlord & Tenant Offences committed by my
Landlord. Covered up criminal offences committed by my
landlord, Lied to Councillors over us being harassed. He did
not report these criminals' actions to the police
The council has a fraudulent local land charge on our building of
an approximate amount of £27,000 She was informed that the Crown
Estate had a large amount of money free to pay this charge but she
refused to ask for the Crown Estate for it. There are other
matters not being disclosed at this time
