There are a number of instances where officers of Wealden District Council have either put evidence in writing before a court or provided deliberately misleading testimony to either Planning Inspectors of the Courts, knowing the evidence had been fabricated in one case and denying knowledge of, or the existence of a colour aerial photograph in another - where the colour photograph proved the appellants claim for a lawful development certificate.

The burden of proof in such matters is beyond all reasonable doubt.  HENCE...............

Our advice to the public, is to record everything and send everything recorded.  Date everytihng and do not let any council official photograph anything without a written agreement as to copyright.
