Nelson says: "Many law enforcement officers are immune from prosecution"  Naturally, with such impunity, they plunder all they can.

Litigation is always the last resort.  However, the insurance policies of most Councils, require those Councils, however guilty, not to admit to crimes against the person - contrary to the duty of care the Council's owes to the citizen.  Using these tactics, 95% of potential cases never reach a satisfactory conclusion - the insurance companies save £ millions.  However, the citizen concerned is very often left ruined.  This is a shortfall in the law as it stands which fails to adequately provide a remedy.  Please help us to lobby Parliament for Lorn Nolan proposed statutory additions by registering online.
